  • Yes — I collaborate with functional nutritionists to share nutrition tips that support your skin from within. These focus on reducing internal inflammation and balancing gut and liver health to complement your topical treatments.
    All nutritional guidance I share has been developed by a functional nutritionist or functional nurse practitioner — I simply pass along this information so you can decide what feels right for you.
